The third edition of the FIN Brasil (International Business Fair) took place on the 3rd and 4th of April, in Florianópolis, Brazil. With more than 200 exhibitors, including 50 from other nationalities, representing 42 countries, the event received around 10 thousand visitors over the two days. It is estimated that more than 100 million reais (18.2 million euros) in business in the region was transacted during the event.
For Jatyr Ranzolin, CEO of the event, “FIN Brasil is already one of the main business fairs on the global calendar”. The event, which took place for the third consecutive year in the State of Santa Catarina, attracts participants from various nationalities and continents, offering a unique opportunity to establish connections, explore new markets and boost economic growth.
The initiative was attended by more than 100 government authorities and delegations from different countries, as well as exhibitors in 10 business verticals, including agribusiness, civil construction, technology and tourism. One of the highlights of this edition of FIN was the “Negotiometer”, which followed and monitored closed deals in real time through its own application.
In addition to promoting the business environment, the fair was also marked by a strong social commitment, offering a space for entrepreneurs with few resources to present their solutions and providing opportunities to expand their businesses.
FIN is a business fair concept that initially emerged in Portugal, but over the last few years has expanded to Brazil, Angola and Mozambique. The objective is to promote not only business opportunities, but also to create a community of entrepreneurs that values diversity, cultural exchange and economic growth.
